Why have the psalms been so important to Christians? We use them in our church services and funerals, and they form the basis of many of our hymns. Much of their importance comes from the fact that they are used so often in the New Testament. Many of the most famous statements that Jesus makes are actually Jesus quoting from the psalms. Even Satan quotes them in the NT. Why? That’s what we’ll be looking at in this edition of the Bible for Busy People.
